Apple 60w Magsafe Power Adapter Charger for MacBook and 13-inch MacBook Pro

Great price, came fast and was exactly what I need after my original was falling apart on the cord connection at the plug side. This is sturdy and tighter then my original ever was. I'm happy I found this deal.

Ordered this charger and immediately became concerned upon reading other reviews suggesting that I was about to receive a cheap Apple knockoff. A product name with four adjectives ("NEW, Genuine, Authentic, Original") certainly doesn't scream legitimacy. After receiving the package, however, I can attest that it really is an Apple-manufactured adapter. It is manufactured by Dongguan Samsung Electro-Mechanics and while it does not have a US Safety Mark label, it does have the Canadian and Japanese equivalents. So it simply appears to be a MagSafe adapter that was manufactured primarily for a non-US market, but is authentic nonetheless. Works just fine with my mid-2012 MacBook Pro. 

I was skeptical about buying this charger after reading all the reviews, but after seeing how low the review were on that actual apple website I decided to purchase this item on Amazon. Much to my satisfaction the product worked wonderfully! I can't see any difference between the original part that broke and this new charger! Very satisfied & would recommend!

Got this as a replacement for the OEM one that our dogs/cats chewed up (this is actually the 3rd one I have had to buy because of our lovely animals who think apple products are actually their chew toys). So this was a good option because its basically an OEM replica that has worked with no issue thus far at a fraction of the price of the overpriced OEM apple ones! Definitely recommend this one over an overpriced apple one!
