User Experience :

Sooo happy with this battery. So this is my first time replacing my battery in my 2010 Macbook Pro. I was receiving the "Battery needs to be replaced" message and was a bit worried. Found this replacement battery and was amazed at how easy this was to do!

I didn't think I needed the set of tools they provided. I normally don't use the tools that come with products for assembly just because I have my own. However, I had no idea these screw drivers had special tips to unscrew the battery component. If they hadn't supplied them, I would have been in deep trouble.

But the process was simple. Unscrew all of the backplate screws and then unscrew the battery from the board. Took about 10 minutes. Replacing the battery was very easy. Pop it in and plug in the cord and done. If you know how to turn a screwdriver you will not have a problem. This is a super easy job for anyone. Time will tell how long this battery lasts. I've got it up to full charge and lasted a good 4-5 hours with heavy use. I'd definitely recommend this set if you want a hassle free installation! Hopefully the pictures help you visualize how the install went!
