The value of these racing packs BLOWS AWAY the extras in the battle and adventure packs of the older games. The trophy unlocks additional racing tracks, a sea "circuit" akin to what you find in the Mario Kart games, 4 extra missions and racers to use online and racing at home, extra assignment board missions to gain extra rewards, as well as the phenominally improved gill grunt figure and associated racer which will unlock sea areas, water vehicle special missions at the hub, and the the supercharger Heoric Challange.

Superchargers goes above and beyond with the value in the pack, and most will be very happy with how this Gill Grunt plays whether you liked the old one or not. 


This product comes with three items for the Superchargers game. The story mode of Skylanders Superchargers does not contain Elemental Gates - in other words, there is no main story content that requires a character from one of the game’s ten elements (Undead, Life, Fire, Water, Air, Tech, Magic, Earth, Light and Dark) the only barriers present in the main story are areas that require a land, sea or air vehicle.

This Skylanders SuperChargers: Racing Sky Pack is a great addition to the base Skylanders: Superchargers video game. If you own the video game, this pack is a must have. This pack comes with Light Element Figures Astroblast and the vehicle Sun Runner. The Sun Runner is a Sky Vehicle so if you need to buy a sky vehicle to complete the game, this pack has you covered. The trophy that is included unlocks the sky racing tracks in the game. Without this pack, the game is incomplete. The vehicle in this pack does not have moving parts on it like wheels that actually turn like the land vehicles, but such is that with most of the sky vehicles (though my Nitro Stealth Stinger has a moving propeller), so this vehicle is a bit more difficult to use for creative play outside of the video game. The land vehicles actually have wheels that move so you can use them just like a Hot Wheels car. The trophy also allows you to race as some Villans. Astroblast is a very cool figure, I really enjoy using him while playing the game.
